A local to Palm Springs for most of my life I settled in the not-so-distant land of Los Angeles to pursue my interests in sports medicine. I attended University of La Verne where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training allowing me to pass the Board of Certification exam.
As a nationally certified athletic trainer, I have worked with a variety of sports including soccer, softball, football, and track & field ranging from youth athletics to high school and collegiate levels. I have worked as a first responder at sports camps, tournaments and volunteered my athletic training skills at the Mt. Sac Relays. Along with on field settings, I also have previous experience here at SCOI working in our physical therapy clinic with a wide variety of patients and injuries.
Currently, I am Dr. Andrew Blecher’s certified athletic trainer. My responsibilities include obtaining patients’ histories, performing injury evaluations, arranging for diagnostic testing, developing rehabilitation programs, and assisting with patient education and concussion management. I have been trained as a lab technician and assist Dr. Blecher with regenerative medicine procedures using the latest techniques developed by Regenexx. I also help with clinic procedures such as ultrasound guided injections, arthrograms and the processing of platelet-rich plasma and stem cell therapies.
I am very much a caffeine dependant life form and in my free time I enjoy playing tennis, going to the beach and watching documentaries about the planet. Feel free to ask more about me or give me a random fact that you may know, I love those.

I have been in the health care industry since 2005 working in various departments including billing, administration, and clinical practices. I received my Medical Billing Specialist certification from Los Angeles Valley College and Medical Assistant certification in 2016. Patient care has become a true passion of mine. As Dr. Blecher’s practice coordinator I am responsible for the organization of our sports medicine and regenerative medicine practice and act as a liaison between physician and patient. Along with addressing patient needs I also assist in our clinic with office procedures and arthrograms.
